I can’t speak for Tonje, but I have had a whirlwind of a couple of weeks here in Florida. Summer is coming to a close for me. I’m heading back to the Czech Republic in 10 days! I honestly feel like I just got home. There are still so many things I haven’t done yet! I’ve finished my internship, and now it’s on to packing…

A while back I went with my aunt and grandmother to a place called “Møllerens Hus” (Miller’s House). They got so much cute stuff. Interior, old school candy, home made honey and a nice little café where you can get the best “svele” (a bit like a pancake) with lingonberry cream. Had a lovely day! It’s a little pearl for those of you who like the “shabby chic” style.

Aurora Borealis – Fire in the sky. Have you ever seen the northern lights? The best place to see it is in the north of Norway. This video shows how beautiful it is. I belive this is one of the most amazing things to see in life.
I exercised my civil rights and voted this morning. This vote was just for local elections. The big one will come in November. No matter where you are, remember to vote!

I was supposed to be up north now, in Narvik. Instead of midnightsun and fun with my colleagues I am home in rainy Oslo with an infection in my ear. At least I get to do all the paperwork I have postponed lately. And I have been looking through all the photos from Brno, I miss everyone. Eating home made tomato soup for lunch, mmhm!
